Hello everybody, this is my last day at home before i go on vacation for i go on vacation.  But i just wanted tell a litte story before i go.  This morning i woke up annoyed at everything for some reason, and i am usually a happy person all the time, but of course, everyone has their moments.  So I decided to go out for breakfast and just relax for a little while, and i usually dont go out to breakfast because i never have time, but i love to go out whenever i get the chance.  But today i just felt like it would do the trick to brighten my mood so i made time and it did it, and made it to work on time as usual.  So the point of this little true story is if you are just in an off mood, just take a few minutes outta your day and do something that you enjoy and is relaxing, sometimes it may mean you have to make a little sacrafice of something else, like getting up 20 minutes earlier or not reading the paper in the morning, pretty much what ever is in your routine, But making that little sacrafice just to have some YOU time can make a big difference on how your whole day will turn out.

Happy Holidays everyone, i will try to make a blog post if i can get the time over the next 2 weeks, but if i cant, i will after Xmas.

Hello my stresslesser community, though this post is nothing special, like a video, or advice.  I just wanted to give a quick thanks to the people who visit and enjoy the site so far.  I just want to apologize as i have not been as active as i would like to be, life is just busy, but i do the best i can.  I am going on vacation in a few days, so i will not really be active at all until after the holidays, but if i can get the time to make a post i will.

I will be making a few changes after the holidays, i want to try an make this site into more of a social community, so i have thought about making a facebook channel to start off, and will go from there, if that works out i will take greater  ventures.
